- Learn kitchen safety, cleanliness, and measurement techniques in food preparation
- Learn about nutrition using Canada’s Food Guide
- Work co-operatively as a member of a group
Class Expectations and Evaluation:
Expectations:
- Be on time for class
- Make good use of class time
- Work cooperatively and efficiently with group members
- Come prepared to class with proper supplies (binder, pen, and paper)
- Work habits mark will be based on the above expectations
